Authorized and specialized service for the products of Alfa Plam on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.

The professionally trained and dedicated team of service technicians, along with administrative support, warehouse space, spare parts, market and disposal with each spare part of the complete assortment at all times, as well as terrain vehicles, enable Alfa Plam to be affirmed at the Macedonian market as a brand-lider in its domain of management.

In addition to field servicing and education within the warranty period, we sell spare parts as well as maintenance of the products from the complete program of Alfa Plam and beyond the warranty period of the product. By purchasing any product from the Alfa Plam’s pellet program, our service provides you with free first commissioning, as well as education and training for using it.

For all the information and technical support we have available our professional service team, 17 contractual services throughout Macedonia, professionally trained to service the products of Alfa Plam.
